LEAD WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE $21.85/HR | 4-DAY WORK WEEK | LEWISVILLE, TX

E.A. Sween is hiring a Lead Warehouse Associate in Lewisville, TX. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations and helping lead the team to ensure accurate, efficient, and cost-effective distribution to our 7-Eleven stores. This is a hands-on position that helps with training, workflow coordination, safety, and stepping in to support warehouse functions as needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Support daily warehouse activities including receiving, staging, inventory, pricing, and product dating
• Help assign work and support the day-to-day flow of the warehouse
• Assist with training and coaching warehouse associates
• Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
• Communicate daily progress and issues to warehouse leadership
• Step into warehouse tasks as needed to keep operations moving

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and as needed in a 24/7 operation
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Work in temperatures ranging from 35°F to 75°F
• Repetitively lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Push/pull up to 250 lbs.
• Frequently bend, kneel, squat, and reach at different heights
