What We’re Seeking
As a Senior Business Analyst you will provide expert-level insight and analysis on the processes and technology which supports their core business partners. You will advise our company on ways we might improve our processes by identifying new opportunities and applying best practices based on experience, research, and partnership with leaders and peers across the company. The core business partners for this position are the Finance and Accounting, Sales and Customer Relations, and Human Resource areas; however, effort will cross into other functional areas in the company. Additionally, you will assist in mentoring and growing future Business Analyst within our technology team.

o Competence in writing reports and making presentations to highlight the effect of changes being made.

o Approach business partners needs from various perspectives and suggest creative solutions which sometimes could be healthy disruptions to the normal thought process.
o Capable of facilitating brainstorming, mind mapping, and lateral thinking to extract root cause and core business needs
o Advocate for change capable of facilitating innovation in an organizational context.
· Analytical & Problem-Solving
o Must be able to understand and decipher the requirements provided.
o Capable of devising solutions to overcome problems faced by the business partners.
o Expert in breaking down large problems into smaller and more manageable parts.
o Uses logical reasoning to make decisions / recommendations based on evidence and assumptions.
o Efficient in moderating group discussions and enable participants to articulate their thoughts and ideas.
· Leadership
o Work together with a diverse team in guiding them through the scope of a project.
o Motivate themself and team members to reach the shared goals and objectives of the business partners.
o Capable of discussing sensitive and pertinent matters with end users, leaders, stakeholders, sponsors, and project teams.
o Efficient leading virtual teams through decision-making process
o Uphold the trust that has been entrusted by the company to ensure due diligence is given in defining and identifying solutions to satisfy business partners needs
What You’ll Need (Qualifications)
Required:
· 10+ years of business analyst experience supporting an enterprise environment.
· Advanced knowledge of Finance and Accounting, Human Resource and Sales and Customer Relations Management (CRM) processes and systems.
· Expertise in delivering solutions based on IT best practices, methodologies, and governance.
· Advance experience in evaluating and implementing third party applications.
· Strong experience in co-leading small to large projects from concept to implementation
· Strong experience in conducting root cause analysis to assist in identifying business needs / requirements.
· Experience in assisting with the understanding and development of business intelligence KPI, reports, and Dashboards.
· Proficiency using Office 365 applications, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint or equivalent is required.
Preferred:
· JDE EnterpriseOne modules version 9.1 or later
· Strongly prefer experience with Food Manufacturing capabilities
· General knowledge of Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, and Logistics / Transportation
· Experience with JDE EnterpriseOne edge applications like Business Intelligence, EDI, Insight, RF Smart, Barcode Label printing and CPM is preferred.
· SQL experience with JDE EnterpriseOne tables
· General knowledge of the JD E1 database structure and how the applications use the database is a plus.
· Experience with MS Access, MS Visio, MS Project, and MS SharePoint are a plus.
· Experience in business process automation & machine integrations
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related area from four-year accredited college preferred.
· Experience using 6Sigma or similar tools to derive root cause and solution needs
What to Expect of the Environment
· Work in an office/desk position using a computer and telephone.
· Repetitive use of hands and fingers.
· Ability to view a computer screen for long periods of time.
· Must be able to work on multiple projects at one time, handle deadlines, confidential information, and interruptions in the work process.
· Must be able to work well with various levels of employees and diverse cultures.
· Occasional evenings and weekend work to meet deadlines.
· The employee must occasionally lift and move objects up to 15 pounds.
· This position will be in a hybrid (3 days in office, 2 day WFH) working environment with the corporate office being based in Eden Prairie, MN.
· Travel may be required up to 25% to other facilities within the United States. Some overnight travel may be expected.
