What We’re Seeking

A strategic team member to manage and grow existing business, develop new business (C-Store Channel), and achieve assigned financial and growth goals with key accounts, and in the assigned geographical area.

Compensation:  The target salary range for this position is $94,810.51 - $115,000.00 annually, consistent with our internal compensation framework.  This position is classified as Grade 16, with a full pay range of $94,810.51 to $150,352.02.  You are eligible for an incentive bonus up to 10% of your annual salary, prorated based on your start date.  Final pay will be determined by your experience, skills, internal equity, and available budget.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

·Maintain strong relationships with Current Customers

oManage assigned channels of distribution including C-store Retailers and Wholesalers, Distributors.

oManage assigned Brokers to achieve Annual Budget targets.

·Grow our brand and business with New Customers

oGenerate new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.

oExceed annual new business targets.

oMaintain an active and accurate Sales Funnel

·Financial Accountability

oMaintain expenses within budgeted levels.

oExceed annual net sales and profit targets for assigned region, as defined by the annual budget.

·Industry Networking

oGrow and maintain knowledge and monitor competitive activity.

oAttend and/or manage Brokers attendance of trade shows and customer events as agreed upon with the VP of Sales.

·Leadership and Team Management

oDemonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to define a clear vision and motivate others to achieve required goals.

oProactively collaborate with your team to encourage growth and development.

oProvide regular and continual feedback and support.

oCommunicate with Sales and Company Leaders to ensure alignment of goals and strategy.

oAbility to partner, influence and collaborate with cross-functional team members to achieve results.

What You’ll Need (Qualifications)

·Minimum of 5 Years’ relevant experience in customer/trade marketing, sales, marketing & sales data analytics

·Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills; Strong influencing and negotiating skills; Strong ability to articulate complex information in a concise manner and with proper context.

·Computer Skills: Intermediate-Advanced level for MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Teams; prior experience with CRM preferred.

·Special Skills: Excellent planning and project management skills; Strong Excel and data analytical skills; Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills; Business acumen and ownership; Creative; Passionate

·Demonstrated strong analytical skills and the ability to use this talent to generate new business and increase sales with existing customers.

·Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills to create both strategic direction and in development and follow-up with customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

·Prior C Store Business to Business sales experience preferred.

·Bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred.
